- Your Coffee is usually shipped within 72 hours of roasting, many times the same day. However it can take up to 10 Business days to ship from the date of your order. We recommend that you order 2 to 3 weeks worth of coffee, to avoid running out.

- Color of photos and exact colors of artwork can not be guaranteed on your label. We will do our best, but labels are not printed on photo paper. We print all labels on an industrial Color Laser Printer. We guarantee our coffee. We do our very best to make your label perfect, but we just can not guarantee that the label design you see on your computer will translate to our printer.

- Free Shipping is Continental US ONLY, additional charge for Hawaii, Alaska and Virgin Islands. For Canada and Europe, please contact for pricing.

- Since we vacuum seal all of our bags, many believe the shelf life of a sealed coffee bag can be over 1 year. However we recommend usage within 90 days of roasting.

- Can we re-sell our Custom Label Coffee? YES. This gives you the chance to put your brand in your customers hand every morning when they have their coffee.

- Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Ordering - We can set up standing orders. Please contact us for further information regarding standing orders.
